With over two decades dedicated to learning and transferring knowledge as a coach, trainer, professor and, facilitator, Tiffany is innately devoted to continuous learning. From the start of her career guiding clients towards financial stability to empowering women to embrace self-care through her wellness center, Emerge Wellness, there has always been a thorough line of supporting the development of others. Through The Wheelhouse Impact, Tiffany combines all her expertise into supporting the continuous development of workplace cultures and professionals. She channels her infectious energy into unlocking the powerhouse potential in workplace professionals, much like a “skill whisperer”. Tiffany is more than a trainer, she is a talent architect, uncovering skills, building strengths and, constructing pathways to impact.

Using proven, best practices and her 25+ years of experience, Monica ensures the effectiveness of our curriculum design. Her constant quest for knowledge and desire to make learning both fun and impactful drive her to integrate engaging and memorable activities into the flow of learning. Monica earned herMaster’s Degree in Education and Certification as a Training Development Professional (CTDP), and her experience includes international training analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation, including numerous countries in Latin America, Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and North America.
